The Moere marsh park can be called the final compilation of famous sculptor Isamu Noguchi. This vast park located in suburbs in Sapporo City is finally completed in 2005. After the completion of the master plan in 1988, 17 years were spent on completion. This inheritance of Noguchi known by a worldwide activity like the sculpture work, product design, the theatrical art, the garden, the landscape design, and the public art, etc. hides potential that a new art culture arises.
